A New Chapter for QSC: Bringing the Best of Catalyst to PHCC CONNECT

Coaching

Change often creates opportunity.

For nearly three decades, QSC’s Catalyst conference has been a place where service contractors come together to learn, share ideas, build relationships, and strengthen their businesses. It has become much more than an annual event—it has become a community.

As QSC looks to the future, we’re excited to announce the next chapter in that journey.

Beginning in 2027, Catalyst programming will become part of PHCC CONNECT, bringing together the best of both events into one larger experience designed to deliver even greater value to plumbing, heating, cooling, and service contractors.

Why We’re Making This Change

Our goal has always been simple: provide contractors with the education, resources, and relationships they need to build stronger businesses.

By bringing QSC programming into CONNECT, we’re creating even more opportunities for learning, networking, and collaboration—all in one place.

Rather than asking members to attend two separate national events, contractors will be able to experience industry-leading technical education, business development, networking, and QSC programming during one comprehensive conference.

What You Can Expect

The transition begins this October at PHCC CONNECT 2026 in Milwaukee, where attendees will get a preview of what the future holds.

QSC will host several special experiences throughout the conference, including:

  • A Business Solutions session where service contractors can collaborate on real business challenges.
  • A QSC-sponsored Lunch & Learn featuring keynote speaker Nora Burns and her presentation, Stories from the Breakroom: What Employees Tell Each Other But Don’t Tell You.
  • A QSC networking event designed to bring members together in a relaxed environment to connect, exchange ideas, and build relationships.

These events represent the heart of what QSC has always been about: practical education, meaningful conversations, and a community of contractors helping one another succeed.

Stronger Together

One of the exciting opportunities this change creates is greater visibility for QSC within the PHCC community.

Many PHCC members know the association for its outstanding advocacy, technical education, and commitment to protecting the trades. What some may not realize is that PHCC members also have access to the business development resources available through QSC.

From peer groups and coaching to leadership development, educational programming, and business resources, QSC exists to help service contractors become stronger leaders and build stronger companies.

Integrating Catalyst into CONNECT allows even more contractors to experience those benefits firsthand.

Looking Ahead

The venue may be changing, but the heart of Catalyst remains the same.

For years, Catalyst has been where contractors come together to share ideas, build relationships, and become better business leaders. Bringing that experience to PHCC CONNECT allows us to build on that tradition while reaching even more members.

We hope you’ll join us October 19–22, 2026, in Milwaukee as we take the first step toward this exciting new chapter. Be Part of Advancing the Industry This Fall at CONNECT 2026 Register Now.

Whether you’re already part of the QSC community or discovering it for the first time, we look forward to welcoming you.
