QSC is an Enhanced Service Group of the Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors National Association (PHCC). By accessing our website, submitting a form, or enrolling in QSC membership, coaching, or training programs, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Use of the Website
You may use our website to learn about QSC membership, coaching, training, and events, to request information, and to engage with our community features. Membership and Coaching Services
QSC membership and business coaching subscriptions are based on annually renewing agreements that renew automatically unless cancelled prior to your company’s anniversary date. If you cancel after your renewal date, you remain responsible for payment in full of the annual subscription dues, any coaching sessions used, and any coach expenses incurred. Coaching subscriptions are non-transferable. Membership benefits, pricing, and program details are subject to change, and current terms will be provided at the time of enrollment or renewal.
Confidentiality
Information shared between members and QSC business coaches in the course of coaching relationships is treated as confidential and is not shared outside of QSC’s coaching and support staff except as needed to deliver services or as required by law.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, training materials, and the QSC name and marks, is owned by or licensed to QSC and PHCC and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission, except for reasonable personal, non-commercial use.
User Submissions and Testimonials
