What Is QSC?
Quality Service Contractors (QSC) is the business development community within the Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors—National Association (PHCC).
While PHCC has long been recognized for its leadership in industry advocacy, technical education, workforce development, and protecting the trades, QSC focuses on another essential part of running a successful company: the business itself.
Through peer groups, business coaching, leadership development, educational programs, networking, and practical business resources, QSC helps contractors build healthier businesses, stronger teams, and more confident leaders.
At its core, QSC is built on a simple belief:
